Duties

The Service Leader - Kitchen maintains and performs service according to the standards set by the Hotel or Resort.

Requirements
  • Experience as Commis 1 or in a similar capacity in an international hotel/resort or well-known restaurant is an advantage.
  • A graduate or holds a certificate in culinary arts.
  • Knowledgeable in good hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
  • Displays initiative and creativity.
  • Guest-oriented, a team player, and attentive to details.
