Under the direct supervision of the Service Manager - Secretary, the Service Associate is responsible for selling the merchandise in the hotel shop as part of guest service according to set performance standards.

• Experience in an International Hotel with the same capacity.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management/ Tourism Management or any related course.
• Passionate about guest satisfaction.
• Complete knowledge of POS cashiering functions
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
