Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team in a Junior Data Analyst role. In this position, you will work closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members to transform operational data into actionable insights that empower both internal stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles. They should possess good SQL coding skills, including JOINS, CASE statements, and basic window functions, as well as an understanding of data modeling skills.

Experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, including DAX and Power Query, is also highly desirable. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information, and demonstrate a curiosity and desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to internal clients
  • Gather requirements for data analysis and reporting
  • Query and investigate databases to answer stakeholders' questions and address data issues
  • Generate reports and dashboards
  • Support other Analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A love of data, analytics, and problem-solving
