Reporting Analyst Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and Power BI experience.

Job Description:

The Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, helping the organization make informed decisions. This involves designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as ensuring data veracity, visual excellence, and user satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs. They will provide insights and make recommendations based on data, conduct full lifecycle analysis, monitor performance, and implement quality control plans to identify improvements.

Additionally, the Reporting Analyst will collect required data, analyze outcomes using statistical approaches, and provide ongoing reports. They will recognize, evaluate, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and work with business stakeholders to collect and understand data requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, and fluency in English. They will also have good report writing and presenting skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures
