Data Insights Strategist

This key role is responsible for advancing business intelligence solutions by contributing to the development and optimization of ETL processes, report creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensures data accuracy and readiness for analysis, transforming large datasets into new formats
- Provides in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns
- Communicates complex data in a simple, actionable way
- Collaborates with stakeholders to consolidate business requirements for report creation
- Leads the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration
- Designs and develops sophisticated reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools
- Drives comprehensive data governance policies and ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Aligns BI strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD
- Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
