About the Role

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining analytics dashboards, generating insights, and coordinating cross-team projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytics Dashboard Management
    • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
    • Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.
  • Insight Generation & Reporting
    • Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels.
    • Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data.
    • Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
    • Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions.
    • Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects.
    • Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.
  • Tracking Infrastructure Support
    • Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of GTM and conversion tracking systems.
    • Ensure analytics infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets evolving business needs.

Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets is required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

They should thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy transforming data into powerful business stories. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy are essential.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare insightful marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience coordinating projects or workflows across multiple teams (e.g., SEO, paid ads, developers).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced, agency, or digital marketing environment.
