Sales Performance Manager

Servo Dynamics Philippines Inc is a leading provider of innovative automation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Engineer to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports on account status, sales metrics, and forecasting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and develop customized solutions.
• Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain and grow existing accounts.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, problem-solving skills, time management skills.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000.
