- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products adhere to client specifications.
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals/contracts and the organization of promotional material or events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing & queries are handled efficiently.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records & prepare reports.
