Job Description

The Compliance Admin will be responsible for ensuring all compliance-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing Annual Fire Safety Statements, plant registrations, Strata Hub compliance, pool compliance, and cooling tower registration. Additionally, the Compliance Admin will perform general administrative duties as required.

This role is ideal for an individual with at least 1-3 years of experience in Australian real estate and a minimum of 1 year of strata, property, and building experience. A background in data entry and general administrative duties is also essential.

The successful candidate will possess intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite experience, preferably with Strata Master software knowledge. Strong organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work are highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Australian real estate
  • Minimum 1 year of strata, property, and building experience
  • Data entry and general administrative duties
  • Intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite experience
  • Strata Master software knowledge (preferable)
