Leasing Coordinator

As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process by scheduling property showings, communicating with prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters.
- Manage an up-to-date calendar of property availability and leasing appointments.
- Communicate with property managers to coordinate logistics.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or property management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and YARDI software.
