Leasing and Social Media Professional

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Leasing and Social Media Coordinator.

This is a dual-position role combining apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Ability to work remotely and handle tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
