We are seeking an experienced Legal Operations Professional to support our corporate legal team in the management of contracts and automation processes. This remote position requires working within US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal agreements, including verifying forms, routing to approvers, and sending for signature
  • Review and redline contracts, draft summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points
  • Manage contracts within a contract management system, including creating templates, folders, directing files, and performing day-to-day operations
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows, defining rules for document routing, escalation, and final signatories

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree with 3+ years experience working with commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills and ability to create concise summaries
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems, creating templates, organizing files, and managing tasks
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations, approval routing rules, and conditional workflows
