Administrative Support Specialist

This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing day-to-day tasks to coordinating communications and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filtrate and prioritize client communications, addressing concerns on behalf of the executive or assisting in problem-solving
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other correspondence
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of communications and tasks
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including sending reminders, booking venues, and arranging catering as needed
  • Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with minor accounting tasks, including expense tracking and reporting
  • Support social media posting and engagement
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Technical expertise required for efficient performance
  • Experience with social media and online engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to support executives, including calendar management and email administration
  • Skill in data management, analytics, and report preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with a strong aptitude for technology
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced multi-client environment, with adaptability and flexibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an autonomous environment
