We are seeking a highly skilled professional to leverage their expertise in account management and customer success to drive business growth. Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess customer interactions and develop strategies to increase retention and loyalty.

The successful applicant will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of our platform's features, managing the renewal process and identifying upsell opportunities, monitoring client satisfaction and proactively resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, leading regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, and handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
  • Understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of the platform's features
  • Managing the renewal process and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Leading regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Developing strategies to increase retention and loyalty
  • Handling escalations and ensuring prompt resolution

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferably SaaS/tech)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer interactions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM and customer success platforms
