Job Title: Technical Support Team Lead

The primary objective of this role is to lead a team of Technical Support Representatives as they collaborate with Tier 1 Support to ensure the successful support of end-users and continuous improvement of team capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage time to accomplish leadership duties while maintaining a suitable volume of case work.
  • Set an example in case quality.
  • Proactively support users of technical products ensuring problem resolution, system access, optimal system performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise on various assessment products and services while expanding knowledge on product lines.
  • Manage team performance individually and collectively by agreeing on clear goals and targets, reviewing performance formally and informally, giving feedback, making course corrections, motivation, and recognition.
