Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Information Management: Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
  • Communication Handling: Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Project Coordination: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives.
  • Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and executive decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Confidentiality: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to confidentiality standards.
