Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Data Services Representative who can start immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative, and high-performance environment where you will be responsible for achieving program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the client's Customer Success team to understand the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) of each customer.
  • Create saved queries within the provided databases to reflect the information provided and outlined on the ICPs.
  • Review data provided in saved queries.
  • Confirm Titles, Companies (Firmographics) align with the Customer ICP.
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of experience as Data Analyst.
  • Excellent at working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent in Research and Analytics.
  • Complex thinker / Technical Thinker (to understand the Products and Services provided by the customers they will be supporting).
  • Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
  • Processor: Core i5 or higher.
  • RAM: 8GB or higher.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
  • Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps.
  • Minimum Upload Speed: 6 Mbps.
