Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Architect to design and optimize real-time databases and data systems that meet evolving client, product, and business needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database architecture, design, and optimization, as well as experience with machine learning models and data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize databases and data systems for performance, quality, and scalability.
- Tune and productionize data systems and machine learning models to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from initial concept through deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions.
- Champion best practices in quality, security, and operations.
Requirements:
- Mid-senior level experience.
- Full-time employment type.
- Information Technology job function.

Responsibilities Summary:
- Make meaningful contributions to the project within two weeks.
- Communicate effectively with the team, both async and in meetings.
- Understand the system architecture well and work independently or in teams on medium-sized features within three months.
