Job Overview

Maintain the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems as a proactive System Reliability Specialist. Automate processes, identify system bottlenecks, and implement best practices to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create automation scripts and develop monitoring systems.
  • Set up alerts to proactively address issues and improve user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or similar role.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL, including database design, performance tuning, and advanced querying techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python or Typescript.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
