Key Responsibilities
  • Lead detection and post-detection management across fraud, scams, and dispute operations.
  • Drive improvement through strategic ownership of initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders in sending locations and share responsibility for managing losses.
  • Establish a standard operating rhythm, implement change initiatives, and maintain consistent standards across teams.
  • Support the Customer Protection Centre of Excellence as a key role requiring alignment with complex processes.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills effective communication with key stakeholders onshore and offshore.
  • Comfortable engaging with employees and management at all levels across global operations.

  • Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring operational managers and team leads.
  • Skilled in fostering a high-performance culture driving engagement and managing service transitions.
  • Strong analytical influencing and problem-solving skills able to identify risks and impacts and propose effective solutions.
  • Applies innovative and strategic approaches to service delivery and process improvement with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience in fraud management and contact centre operations is preferred.
