Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations.

This role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing various financial reports, including those required for regulatory compliance, tax filings, budgeting, and internal management. The successful candidate will also support and oversee auditing processes to promote financial integrity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure all responsibilities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Prepare, review, and analyze various financial reports, including those required for regulatory compliance, tax filings, budgeting, and internal management
  • Support and oversee auditing processes to promote financial integrity and operational effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required; CPA certification is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and team management skills
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, and financial report preparation and analysis
