Endpoint Management Leader

The Endpoint Management Leader is a senior professional responsible for the overall success of endpoint management operations.

This role involves leading and participating in all aspects of endpoint management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide hands-on support for endpoint management tools including Tanium, Intune, GPO, JAMF, and others.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Senior Systems Administrators/Engineers and other team members in endpoint management.
  • Global Coordination: Coordinate endpoint management tasks across global teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Define and own the strategy for application and operating system lifecycle management, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in endpoint management, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Tanium, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory Group Policy.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans while remaining hands-on with technical tasks.
