Job Description

This role involves leading a team of 15 members and overseeing various operational aspects. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth.

  • Lead and mentor the operations team, focusing on operational excellence and business growth.
  • Audit existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), refine them as necessary, and implement new ones where possible.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to enhance automation initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Understand business needs, prioritize requests, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and promote a sustainable company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Work closely with the People team to address key areas and implement local initiatives for operational excellence and stability.
  • Partner with global senior management to align priorities and support business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects to drive business outcomes and growth.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record of building and mentoring teams within large-scale organizations. They should also have excellent communication skills, be able to connect with people at their level, and guide teams to success.

  • Leading by example with high moral and work ethics, preferably with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven success in building and mentoring teams within large-scale organizations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, structured and delivered with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Growth mindset, open to change and innovation.
  • Excellent academic background, preferably with an MBA from a top-ranked international business school.
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce, with a strong track record of driving cross-functional strategic commercial projects.
  • Successful management of revenue operations in large-scale organizations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating with tech teams on automation projects.
