We are seeking a highly skilled Real Time Data Analyst to join our team at Conduent. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks based on established procedures, utilizing data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.

As a Real Time Data Analyst, you will have developed proficiency in analytical or operational processes, completing atypical assignments within established procedures and practices. You will establish the appropriate approach for new assignments, acting as a resource for colleagues and completing work with limited supervision.

You will possess developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems, having a deep understanding of how best teams integrate and work together to achieve company goals. Your impact will be significant, by example, through the quality service and information provided.

In this role, you will also provide guidance and support to junior team members, providing solutions to atypical problems based on existing precedents or procedures. You will exchange information and ideas effectively, examining time and attendance of employees to ensure accuracy of work records.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a diploma. Please refer to the job description for further requirements.
