Business Intelligence Developer Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Intelligence developer who can bridge data engineering and analytics to deliver meaningful insights for clients. They will have strong experience in building and managing data pipelines, working with various CRMs, and creating dashboards, while also being confident in engaging with clients to understand requirements and present solutions clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines (e.g., Fivetran, Matillion) and integrate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Business Suite).
  • Optimize and ensure the integrity of data warehouses (AWS Redshift or similar).
  • Perform complex data analysis and reporting using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Define and implement measurement models, KPIs, and metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Support website and marketing analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics, tag managers, CRO), with flexibility to learn new tools as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, cookie consent tools like OneTrust).
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (Fivetran, Matillion) and data warehouses (AWS Redshift).
  • Experience in data visualization using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce; exposure to Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Business Suite is a plus.
  • Basis knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages.
