We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Create robust data models and DAX calculations to ensure accurate visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and usability of reports.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide key findings.
  • Provide training and support to business users on business intelligence tools and self-service capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
