Data Insight Specialist

The Data Insight Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization, driving data-driven decision making across diverse clients. This position involves monitoring data quality, resolving data discrepancies, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimizing the use of internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and request missing or substituted data.
  • Manually upload and verify data in internal systems.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to data accuracy.
  • Escalate unresolved data issues to the Senior Analyst.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree in Business Administration, IT, or Data Analytics.
  • Data entry experience required, with experience in a data-intensive environment highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent planning, time management, and self-organisation.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and results-driven approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
