  • The primary goal is to support strategic decision-making through in-depth data analysis and interpretation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO and other executives to provide valuable insights that drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Creative) to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Design reports to track key financial and operational metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive analyses using disparate data sources and large volumes of detailed data.
  • Present findings in easily understandable formats, ensuring stakeholders can make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on key sales and marketing metrics, including HubSpot analytics and trends.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • Assist in forecasting revenue growth, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Support client reporting with relevant KPIs, campaign results, and data-driven recommendations.
