Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to extract valuable insights from data and inform business decisions.
This role focuses on analyzing large data sets, translating complex data into clear stories, and delivering actionable insights that support stakeholders in making informed choices.
- Analyze large data sets to create actionable insights for impactful business decisions.
- Leverage storytelling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Collaborate with business partners to interpret analysis results and determine next steps.
- Create ad hoc reports to uncover gaps, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop human insights and stories from data to drive change in strategy and tactics.
- Work with the data visualization team to develop informative, repeatable reporting and data monitoring.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for data teams and convey technical approaches into easily digestible insights.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including use of statistical methods and handling large data sets using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Experience building reports using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.
- Effective communication skills to convey thoughts and information clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve problems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to prioritize information effectively.
