Job Title: Strategic Digital Insights Professional

We are seeking a skilled and analytical expert to support our Digital Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM) to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that empower marketing and other relevant teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate complex data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
  • Support teams in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.
  • Provide guidance on managing digital marketing resources (budget, personnel, tools) effectively to support project implementation and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, and to align efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Extremely tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new software and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and having a creative mindset.
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
