Strategic Leadership Opportunity

The role of Vice President of Trading Services involves shaping the future of our trading ecosystem. As a functional owner and executive, you will be responsible for designing and adhering to control frameworks. Key responsibilities include talent development, process transformation, and ensuring integrity and audit-readiness.

As a leader in this position, you will set the pace and tone for team engagement and success, acting as a role model of our company's values. You will also lead strategically, deliver lasting improvements across the value chain, and manage a team of analysts and associates.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in trading services, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets.
