About Our Customer Support Role

We are looking for skilled professionals to fill our customer support position. If you are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, this role may be an ideal fit for you.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. This includes responding to incoming calls and inquiries, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and documenting all interactions in our CRM system.

You will also be required to follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and adhere to company quality standards. Collaboration with team members to improve service delivery is an essential part of this role.

We are seeking candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, can handle high call volumes and multitask, have attention to detail and organizational skills, and preferably have previous customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company quality standards.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
