
Customer Service Director

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Director to lead our customer support operations and drive excellence in service delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping our customer experience strategy. As a Customer Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support function, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of customer support professionals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in customer service management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics, with direct experience working with Western companies. They will also possess excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
