Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to build, grow, and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
  • They will possess proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.
  • A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will be able to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Identification: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities (agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts).
  2. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
  3. Deal Structure and Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth (customer acquisition, revenue, or retention).
  4. Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  5. Technical Implementation: Work with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation.
  6. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  7. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Able to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.
