Key Account Specialist

This role involves overseeing client relationships, providing analytics solutions, and driving business expansion. You will work closely with our clients, guiding them through the implementation and ongoing success of their dashboards.

You will be responsible for analysing client operations, recommending tailored dashboard solutions, and delivering projects that meet client expectations.

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Analyse client operations and recommend dashboard solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and dashboard technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
