As a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Talent Sourcing & Insights Lead. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support to our business units, driving initiatives that add value to the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment services, with a strong ability to deal with global counterparts from various countries. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels, as well as the ability to think creatively and approach challenges with a curious mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand ongoing hiring needs and develop strategies to meet these requirements.
- Coach and guide hiring managers to make informed recruitment decisions, leveraging your expertise in market research and analysis.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through various recruiting channels, building talent pipelines and ensuring smooth implementation of key recruitment initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights and advice to enable Units/Functions to meet business plans, utilizing your knowledge of effective attraction strategies and sourcing channels.
- Conduct pre-screening with candidates to determine qualifications against position requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement talent-mapping strategies through market research, providing salary data recommendations and executing tactical research supported by factual data.
- Share expert knowledge on effective attraction strategies and sourcing channels, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement initiatives to ensure current and future resourcing requirements are met, evidenced by building talent pipelines, internal and external sourcing approaches, workforce planning and strengthening the employer brand.
- Develop recruitment and sourcing plans that align to regional strategies and objectives, understanding forecasted resourcing needs for all business units.
- Collate and provide monthly reports to stakeholders, discussing recruitment progress and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Monitor one-time payments for successful referrals and maintain accurate records.
