Job Title: Strategic HR Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labour practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EMEA HR operations
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to the HR team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Conducting performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the EMEA region
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practices accordingly
