Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, documenting technology solutions, assisting in the implementation of these solutions, and ensuring that they align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document functional requirements, including business needs, project objectives, and expected results.
  • Analyze and understand these requirements, facilitate requirements elaboration, and map them into features and user stories.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, and work with solution designers and UX/UI teams to design ideal digital experiences.
Solution Design and Implementation Support:
  • Work with technical teams to implement technology solutions based on features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that technical and functional requirements are met in system development.
  • Participate in technical discussions and introduce ideas to enhance solutions.
  • Work closely with product owners and technical teams to refine user stories, manage feature prioritization, and ensure business impact and complexity alignment.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with solutions designers to validate technical solutions and ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback.
Documentation and Training:
  • Document and maintain functional and technical specifications, system diagrams, and system changes.
  • Collaborate with necessary teams to develop user guides and manuals.
  • Establish and maintain technology capabilities and corresponding business rules libraries to enable service requirements and reusability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, I.T., digital innovation, or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience in working on custom development for mobile and web applications and portals is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in business writing skills including business requirement documents, system requirement documents, use case specifications, and functional specifications.
  • Experienced in developing detailed technical documentation, documenting solutions, and accurately conveying requirements to technical teams.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with documentation and system flow diagram tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Proficient with MS Office products including Outlook, Teams, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exposure to enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, SAP, or project management tools is a plus.
