Key Technology Executive Position

We are seeking a strategic leader to define and execute the overall technology vision and strategy. This role oversees all aspects of the IT landscape, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and digital innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap that supports business goals.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to innovate operations, customer engagement, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Establish robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles is required, with at least 5 years at a Senior Director or VP level in a large, complex organization.
