Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR roles
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and practices
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
