Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead our process improvement and transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute process improvement strategies aligned with key client priorities.
  • Build and manage a high-performing QE team to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop employee engagement and development programs.
  • Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive improvement and innovation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proficient with Minitab and MS-VISIO for flowcharting and process mapping.
  • Domain knowledge across banking and capital markets or financial verticals.
  • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC) and transaction monitoring (QA and QC).
  • Strong business acumen and strategic focus.
  • Demonstrated global mindset and intellectually agile approach.
