Global S/4HANA Transformation Leader

This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for directing the S/4HANA programme and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.

The Role

As Global S/4HANA Transformation Leader, you will take overall accountability for the successful delivery of this global S/4HANA transformation. You will provide direction, governance, and leadership to ensure the programme meets strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, supply chain, and quality, as well as external partners and systems integrators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan
  • Lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level
  • Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams
  • Manage programme risks, change control, and resource allocation
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle)
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage
