Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in developing and implementing successful campaigns.

  • Implement platform campaigns - manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations from strategy to delivery.
  • Research marketing campaign data and operational data; analyze customer acquisition, conversion, and product strategies; continuously improve key operational metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative, sourcing) to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaign efforts.
  • Report on campaign progress and adjust strategies to ensure success.
  • Be a customer champion and adopt agile ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of non-internship work experience in a Marketing role; FinTech, e-Commerce, Telco, or FMCG experience preferred.
  • Good team player with ability to work in a matrixed org structure; strong stakeholder communication.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with strong ownership; able to move quickly and pivot as needed.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements is a plus.
