The role of the Business Relationship Officer is to support the organization's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of products.
- Supports the achievement of business objectives by acquiring new accounts and promoting existing products.
- Willing to work in various branches, including Mandaluyong, Pioneer, Reliance, Shaw Boulevard-Lawson, Starmall Edsa Shaw, and Wack-Wack.
You will contribute to the success of the team by assisting the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets.
- Prepare and submit monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, ensuring accurate recording of action plans and other essential information.
- Develop effective sales strategies to promote retail banking products.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Able to work well in a sales and banking environment, adapting to surroundings and applying learned skills as tools in leadership.
- Strategic Planning and Management skills.
- Knowledge of risk management controls.
- Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
- At least a 4-year graduate with a degree in any business-related program.
- Familiarity with financial management principles.
- Account management skills.
- Knowledgeable in credit evaluation, analysis techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and bank products and services.
