Workday Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll delivery service, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for global customers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • SUPPORT MORE JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS AND SHARE KNOWLEDGE
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll experience required)
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
