Workday HCM Integration Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Integration Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the Workday Human Capital Management System and serving as an in-house specialist for file feed/integrations to/from Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new file integrations using Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) to automate data exchange between systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing file feeds/integrations using Workday Studio tools to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform data loads to Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) functionality to populate relevant data.
  • Collaborate with HR-AML on Workday development and configuration to meet business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and identify features and functionality that would be beneficial to adopt.
  • Work with HR users to determine the importance and timing of releasing new functionality.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Possess minimum 3-5 years' experience using an HCM system such as Workday.
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
