Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions. As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with team members and independently to manage your own workload, understanding customer requirements and designing solutions that meet their needs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing consulting environment, with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering results. They will also be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers worldwide
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
