Payroll Systems Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our payroll solutions. Your expertise in designing and configuring payroll systems will enable us to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role:
As a Payroll Systems Specialist, you will work closely with our client-facing teams to gather and document client business requirements. You will then use your knowledge of payroll systems to design and configure solutions that meet their specific needs. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure payroll systems to meet client requirements
  • Gather and document client business requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing payroll systems
  • An active Workday Payroll Certification
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Familiarity with HCM/Payroll projects and deployments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
