The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, animating, and producing high-quality visual content using tools such as Powtoon. You will work closely with other departments to create learner-focused experiences that enhance clarity, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats
  • Apply our tone, branding, and design guidelines to produce videos that meet our standards
  • Collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment
  • Integrate narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing
  • Review and revise videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables
