As a Virtual Support Specialist, you'll step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll support a fast-moving entrepreneur with a mix of marketing, video editing, social media management, and general administrative tasks. This role requires someone who's highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and comfortable with direct communication and fast turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Support: Assist with campaign creation, email marketing, and digital promotions
  • Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Admin Support: Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization
  • Content Creation: Help create visually aligned graphics and written content using brand guidelines

This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision
